Traditionally ceremony we are invited to pause from the day to day, find stillness, be nurtured and to enjoy the support of community. Join us for a powerful evening of Cacao, meditation and sharing. Enjoy a sacred space to connect, release and awaken. Together with Reiki, Cacao and meditation expert Lourdes, you’ll be guided through preparation and the drinking of this ancient medicine, once revered by the Mayan and Aztec civilisations as the “food of the gods.” More than a drink, cacao is a portal opening us to insight, clarity, and the unconditional love that flows from the heart. Cacao in ceremony is an invitation to journey inward, to dissolve the noise of the mind and return to your essence. Some experience waves of peace, others a spark of joy, love, or revelation. However it arrives for you, it will be uniquely yours. What to expect: • Grounding meditation and breathwork • Cacao shared in ceremony • Silent inner journey & guided journalling • Space to share and connect in circle What to bring: Comfortable clothing and a notebook and pen This ceremony is open to all participants aged 16+.
