Enter a deep space of relaxation with our new Reiki Infused Meditation class with Lourdes. You will explore and learn further about the patterns that take you away from the inner peace and calm that are your true essence. You will experience what connecting to your inner health and wellbeing feels like, so you can be in this state as you go about your daily life. In this class, we explore still and movement based meditation, mindfulness and the body-mind connection. There will be silence, soft sound and guided meditations to support your exploration of where peace lies within you. Lourdes is a Reiki master and she will infuse the space with the healing Reiki energy and will also offer individual Reiki transmissions to attendants during meditation. Join us for a deeply relaxing, healing and transformative experience.

Gong & Singing Bowl Sound Bath

Every Tuesday 7.15-8.15pm

Enter the Gong space and surrender to the experience of deep and transformational sounds. In these 60mins sound baths, Lourdes intuitively plays different instruments that have been specifically designed for deep, soul - level, healing. There is no need for you to do anything, no demands, no requirements... just get into a comfortable position and let the sounds carry you home, that peaceful and loving place where you can truly be who you are. We will begin with a short breathing practice, a grounding meditation, a setting of intentions. After this, sound and silence will enable you to see, feel, hear all that is here for you to support you in your journey towards loving and accepting yourself as you are.

These sound baths are deeply transformational and offer you the possibility to let go of patterns that do not serve you and to see more clearly what is true for you. Come and relax, see and feel and align yourself with the harmonious frequency of life.

Sound contraindications apply - not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy, cardiovascular conditions including high blood pressure, pacemakers, anti-psychotic medications, bipolar, schizophrenia, metal implants/joints, history of epilepsy, history of stroke.

Reiki & Sound Healing

This class is an immersive opportunity to relax and receive. We will use plenty of props and layers to get cosy, allowing the body to be still, the mind to settle and the focus to turn inwards. Each class may contain slightly different elements from week-to-week, including hands-on reiki healing, meditation, intention setting, gentle movement, breathwork and sound healing. All with the purpose of slowing down the nervous system and nourishing the senses. Reiki (a natural form of energy healing) and the vibrations of the tibetan and crystal bowls, chimes and percussion, soothe the mind and body and restore its natural harmony and balance. Together these practices can bring a range of benefits including reducing stress, enhancing sleep, balancing hormones, pain relief and improving mental clarity. If you are pregnant, have epilepsy, a history of seizures, sound sensitivity, tinnitus, or medical implants such as pacemakers, please consult your healthcare provider before attending (sound bath's are generally not advised during pregnancy). You are welcome to adjust your position or step out at any time if needed. Sound baths are a complementary wellbeing practice and are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care.
